For Businesses

Why turn to business leaders?

We seek to create partnerships between underdeveloped, under-resourced barrios and successful leaders in the U.S. business community. There’s no better person than YOU, as a business leader, to help address the hopeless situation that exists in Nicaraguan barrios.

God has blessed you and your business.

He has entrusted you with resources to steward wisely. There is a great need for accessible, clean water – and you can help meet that need.

You can help create jobs.

You know the pride of accomplishment that comes with having a job, starting a business, and working hard.

There is a need for jobs to help parents support their families–you can help create those jobs.

You can leave a legacy.

As a business leader, your company reflects you and your values.

You can leave a legacy of generosity and global impact in your company, family, and community.

HOW TO GIVE

Your support can provide clean water and economic opportunities for hundreds of people; bringing change to generations of Nicaraguans. There’s a way for all levels of participation to be involved:

We concentrate on providing (1) water and (2) jobs.

Why?

(1) Water provides LIFE.

Many residents of the barrio walk two or three miles for fresh water. We find that many times the best place in the barrio to drill a well is at an easily accessible, central place, such as the local church or the local school.
Many large schools only have sporadic access to fresh water. In a 2025 water project, we provided funding to drill a well at a local K-12 school, which now serves over 1,700 students.

Our goals:

  • Provide clean drinking water within a 5-10 minute walk.

  • Fund 50 wells - we are halfway there!

  • A gift of $5,000 provides one well, which furnishes clean drinking water for approximately 500 people.

(2) Jobs provide DIGNITY.

We identify responsible individuals in the barrio who have a skill which could generate income for their family. By providing start-up grants, we can help their small business get started.

  • A gift of $1,500 covers the start-up costs for a small business.

Note: ALL donated funds are used for program purposes only. Administrative expenses are paid from a separate fund.

Get Involved.

You can make an impact on these communities - and we’d love to partner with you in that.
