God has generously blessed many families in the U.S. with resources. It’s our responsibility to use those resources wisely.  

Many parents want to set an example for their children of giving to unique and worthy causes.  

Business to Barrio seeks to meet tangible needs for those who live in communities with crushing poverty.   

Your support can provide clean water and economic opportunities for hundreds of people; bringing change to generations of Nicaraguans. Here are examples of what your donation will provide:

 

Your $100 investment will buy:

  • Smaller tables and chairs

  • Marketing signs for a small businesses

  • Printed flyers for marketing

  • Firewood for businesses that offer food

  • Propane for gas stoves

  • Electric fans (it gets hot inside these businesses)

 
 

Your $250 donation will provide:

  • Industrial worktables

  • Stove

  • Hair clippers

  • Industrial blender

  • Specialized tools – drills, electric saws, etc

 
 

A $500 investment will provide:

  • A small refrigerator

  • A small freezer

  • Shelves for products to be displayed & stored

  • Bales of fabric and clothing

  • Convenience store supplies in SMALL bulk (rice, sugar, beans, cooking oil, beverages, baking supplies)

  • Computer

 
 

Your $1,000 gift will buy:

  • Convenience store supplies in LARGE Bulk (rice, sugar, beans, cooking oil, beverages, baking supplies)

  • Construction materials for business location upgrades and repairs

  • Industrial grade sewing machines

  • Computer

 

Note: ALL donated funds are used for program purposes only. Administrative expenses are paid from a separate fund.
